Please note that we will be closed on Saturday 22nd & 29th of August and Saturday 5th of September to accommodate seasonal staff holidays. [
Our weekday hours are completely unaffected, and we will be open as normal from Monday through Friday. If you need assistance while we are closed, you can still browse our website or drop us an email at enquiries@balaamford.co.uk, and we will get back to you on Monday.

If your Ford requires a service or MOT, but it’s not convenient for you to bring it in, we’ll come to you.
With complimentary Pick Up & Delivery*, we’ll arrange a time that suits you, pick up your vehicle and bring it back to you fully serviced. All to save your time and give you greater flexibility!
Simply contact us via the Contact Us tab in the menu at the top of the page or go to our visit the Online Service Booking Page to arrange Pick Up & Delivery* as part of your service booking.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• We’ll pick up your vehicle at a time that suits you and one of our insured and proficient drivers will pick it up and drop it back to you serviced.
• We’ll send you a Ford Video Check**, so you can see what your Ford technician sees while they inspect your vehicle.
• You can make a simple contactless payment online or by phone.
HOW TO BOOK
• Simply contact us via the Contact Us tab in the menu at the top of the page to arrange a date and time that’s convenient for you.
• Alternatively, if using our Online Service Booking tool, select ‘Pick
Up & Delivery’ as an option.
